The Organic Brain Protocol

The Hypothesis

The Organic Brain Protocol is founded on the principle that we can naturally influence how genetic diseases affect the body by following a personalized, 100% organic diet, implementing lifestyle changes, and developing new physical and emotional habits. These interventions aim to address the root causes of brain disease, not just the symptoms. The protocol runs over a 12-month period and is divided into four stages, with each stage building upon the previous one as a new baseline of homeostasis is established. Daily video updates, transparent data tracking, and strict adherence to the routine will help evaluate whether this approach can delay, improve, or potentially reverse serious brain-related conditions such as Huntington's Disease, as well as other protein misfolding disorders like Parkinson’s, ALS, and Alzheimer’s.

The core focus of the protocol is microbiome rebalancing, a central pathology in advanced Huntington’s disease (HD), where disruptions in the oral, gut, and brain microbiota are well documented. The diet consists exclusively of foods grown in organic soil, rich in microbial diversity required to support species such as Streptomyces griseus and natural soil fungi that produce strobilurins and mucidins. These environments provide essential antimicrobial and antifungal properties absent from commercially treated soils. The primary diet emphasizes safe, high levels of naturally occurring compounds including: benzoyl isothiocyanate, thiophenes, carboxylates, berberine, rosmarinic acid, diethyl thymol, carvacrol, sulforaphane, cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, allyl isothiocyanate, and citral. These compounds help suppress pathogenic microbes, inhibit toxic protein synthesis, and activate targeted mHTT autophagy. The diet is paired with cycles of fasting, fermentation, and autophagy-enhancing practices designed to mimic the effects of cycloheximide, thereby promoting mHTT clearance through the ubiquitin–proteasome system (UPS). The protocol also aims to restore beneficial microbial strains such as Eubacterium hallii and Prevotella, while reducing pathogenic genera like Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, and Burkholderia, as well as brain-resident Ramularia fungi.

By adopting the Organic Human Diet & Lifestyle Protocol, individuals can support the natural hormone balance, immune function, glymphatic system, and emotional and physical resilience needed to eliminate mHTT proteins and potentially reverse other unnatural disease processes.
